Our design concept of Monggu kublai S2 water gun is mainly for adults. The appearance is cooler and simpler, with a set of status indicator ambient lights on each side of the water gun. The waterproof level of the Mongu kublai series water gun is IPX67, like a sturdy sealed bucket, it can be fully immersed in water. But if the sealed barrel is immersed in a high water pressure environment for a long time, when it cannot withstand the long-term pressure impact, the sealed barrel may be broken and water will flow into it.

We have undergone rigorous testing and found that the mongu water gun can be immersed in a water depth of 10 meters for no more than 48 hours.

However, we still recommend that you minimize immersing the mongu water gun when not in use. Long-term immersion in deep water will weaken or damage the waterproof performance.

We recommend only using the official dedicated charger to charge the mongu kublai series water gun.

Charging time of using a dedicated official charger is about 4~4.5 hours.

If you use other non-adaptive Type-C interface chargers and charging cables, charging may not be possible or may require a long charging time due to charging protocol adaptation issues, which may also affect battery life. So it is not recommended to use.

In semi mode, hold the trigger until the indicator light turns red and when it reaches the top, release the trigger and a large water column will be emitted.

We recommend using only clean tap water to refill the mongu kublai S2 and S2mini water guns. All other liquids will have some negative impact on their durability. If used improperly, the S2 and S2mini may void their warranty.

Nonetheless, we have integrated a particle filter for your convenience. This filter prevents leaves and small particles from interfering with your game. In particular, S2mini is equipped with a finer and more advanced particle filter than S2, which is more effective in filtering finer sand and gravel. So if you want to use Mongu kublai S2 and S2mini water gun in outdoor environments such as beaches and rivers, there is no need to worry too much!

Although S2 and S2mini also work well in salt water and chlorinated water, long-term use of unclean water may still damage S2 and S2mini and shorten its service life. Therefore, we recommend using clean tap water if conditions permit. Try not to use other liquids.

We have done some intense testing on the Mongu kublai series water gun within relevant temperature ranges.

You can safely operate your S2mini or S2 water gun in temperatures ranging from 0°C (32°F) to 60°C (140°F), using water temperatures up to 50°C (120°F).

We have undergone rigorous testing and found that the mongu kublai S2 and S2mini water gun can be immersed in a water depth of 10 meters for no more than 48 hours.

However, we still recommend that you minimize immersing the mongu water gun when not in use. Long-term immersion in deep water will weaken or damage the waterproof performance.

The Mongu kublai S2-S2mini water gun contains lithium batteries and may not be transported on passenger aircraft.

Although batteries are certified for shipping via airmail, regulations vary between airlines and even within the same airline in different countries.

Therefore, it is not recommended to carry a mongu water gun directly on board the plane. If you need to carry it, please consult the relevant regulations of the airline you are flying with.

Our S2mini and S2 water guns have undergone rigorous testing and relevant safety verification, and can be safely fired at human skin even at close range without causing harm.

However, it must be pointed out that the mongu kublai series water guns, as powerful water blaster, can still target and shoot fragile mucosal parts such as the eyes. Will cause some damage.

So never use Mongu water gun or any other brand of powerful water gun to shoot into the eyes

In the water-absorbing state:

-The yellow/blue light forward status represents the current water-absorbing progress.

-The green light means the water tank is completely full.

However, it should be pointed out that the above is the maximum shooting distance that can be achieved under unfavorable conditions such as full power without obstruction or headwind. Below are a few tips to get your S2 or S2mini repaired:

If you have a Mongu S2/S2 mini water gun and it cannot be used, please perform a reset first:

1. Check whether there is power, plug in the charging device and check whether the display lights up. If the device screen does not light up, please first confirm the operation by referring to the problem of not being able to charge in the following question.

2. Press and hold the ON/OFF button for at least 5 seconds, the display will light up or turn off

3. Then you have to pull the trigger

4. Turn on your MONGU S2/S2 mini again.

If your MONGU S2/S2 mini is not firing or pumping properly, try these troubleshooting tips:

1. Check whether the water volume is 0. When the water volume is 0, you cannot shoot. If it cannot absorb water, please check whether the water volume is higher than 30%. When it is higher than 30%, it cannot automatically absorb water and can only absorb water by pushing the trigger button forward.

2. Try pressing the trigger 15 to 20 times in a row. This should normalize the pressure inside the MONGU S2/S2 mini.

3. If you feel no resistance when pressing the trigger, try pulling it forward. Afterwards, it should work as expected again.

Please check whether you are using the charger that comes with the mongu kublai water gun when charging.

Due to charging protocol adaptation issues, although some brands of chargers also have type-C interfaces, they cannot charge the mongu water gun.

Therefore, we recommend only using the official dedicated charger to charge the mongu water gun. Faster charging can also better protect the water gun circuit.

If the battery has completely exhausted all power or the water gun is used without charging for a long time, as a self-protection of the circuit system, recharging the water gun will require buffering time. The charging indicator light and screen will light up after a certain period of charging. This is normal. Therefore, please do not worry if the indicator light and screen do not light up immediately after plugging in the power. Please keep the power plugged in and wait.

If you use other brands of Type-C interface chargers and charging cables, although you can charge, due to charging protocol adaptation issues, it will take a long time to charge, and some may even be unable to charge normally, which will also affect the battery life.

Therefore, we recommend only using the official dedicated charger to charge the mongu kublai S2 and S2mini water gun. Charging time using the official dedicated charger is about 4~4.5 hours.

Fire with an empty gun until the display shows 00% and expel all air from the gun. Then reinsert it into water to absorb water and you can use it normally again.

The mongu S2/S2mini water gun adopts two water absorption modes: automatic/manual.

The automatic refill of the water gun will automatically start when the water volume is less than 30%. When the water volume is higher than 30%, the water can only be manually absorbed by pushing the trigger forward.

In addition, please note that the water absorption depth of the mongu kublai series water guns is 3~15cm.

If the water gun head is less than 3cm into the water and the automatic sensor head does not detect the amount of water, the automatic water absorption will not be turned on.

If the water gun penetrates more than 15cm into the water, the system will recognize that the water gun has entered the immersion state, turn on the waterproof protection and stop absorbing water.

The recommended water absorption depth of the mongu water gun is 3-15cm.

After the water gun sucked in some water, the water level in the container dropped to less than 3cm, or the water gun head was originally placed too shallowly in the water. If the automatic sensor head fails to touch enough water, it will stop absorbing water in advance, resulting in the failure to fill the entire water tank.
